Please chose one of these questions, and answer in max. 3 A4 papers:
(1) Please explain and discuss the role of court (either supreme court or lower ones) in your country in relation to democratization. (You should use framework presented by Ginsburg).
(2) Please explain and discuss the legal complex (according to definition by Halliday) in your country.
(3) Please explain legal development and economic development in your country by referring to, at least, one of chapters 5-6 of text.
