By taking almost two hours train and bus, DFW2016 team visited Asuke-cho. And the team also conducted their pre-survey in Oiden Sanson Center. The visit to old street area of Asuke enhanced participants’ understanding of the community. And the lecture and interview in the Center helped our students deepen their understanding of the topics they have concerns. The insights of our informants at the Center will definitely help us to further improve our reserach design for the fieldwork in October.
