名古屋大学GSIDの先生方、同窓生、学生の皆様
GSID同窓会事務局の役員をしております、
2009年DID卒 磯部仁美と申します。
2年一度のGSID同窓会が2015年11月に東京で開催することとなりました。
開催日まで、日数があまりなく間際のご連絡になって非常に恐縮ですが、多くの方にご参加頂けたら幸甚です。
以下、詳細をご案内申し上げます。
名古屋大学GSID東京同窓会のご案内
日 時：2015年11月28日（土）
開場 18:00～ 開始 18:15～ 終了 20:15
会 場： 多目的ビジネススペースAP浜松町

会 費： 6,000円
申込方法：参加ご希望の方は、以下の内容をメールにて hitomi.isobe415@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。
・お名前
・ご連絡先（E-mail address）
・卒業生・教授・教官・在学生
*卒業生の場合GSID卒業年度・ご専攻(DID・DICOS・DICOM)も 合わせてご教示ください
申込期限：11月20日（金）
備考：申し込みをされて、変更がある場合、1週間前の11月21日（土）までに変更通知を頂けない場合は、会費を頂く場合がございます。申し訳ございませんが、ご了承いただきたくお願い致します。
当日は、廣里先生、北村先生にもご出席頂く予定です。
ご都合のつく方は、ぜひご参加いただけますようご案内かたがたお願い申し上げます。

Hello! I am Hitomi Isobe, who graduated from GSID, DID in 2009 and am member of GSID Alumni Office.
We are pleased to announce that we plan to hold GSID Alumni gathering in time in Tokyo in this year.
We are sorry for short notice, but if you are available, we are so happy you to join. The details are as follows.
Date and Time: 28th(Sat), November, 2015
Open a door：18:00～ Party starts：18:15～ Party Ends: 20:15
Venue: Tokyo- Convention Hall AP Hamamatsucho

*If you are alumni, please also tell us your graduation year and major (DID・DICOS・DICOM)
Application Deadline： 20th(Fri), November, 2015
Note：When you have applied and if you can not attend the alumni, please email by 21th, November.
In case you can not attend without any notice, we will collect fee. Please kindly understand it.
